The cuvée SOMA (ancient Greek word for body) combines the warmest vineyards of the first slope of the Kurtatsch winery.
Grape variety: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation in red wine tanks, ageing in French barriques for 12 months. Barrique for 12 months, followed by ageing in large oak barrels.

Residual sugar: 1,8 g/l
