The vineyards cover almost the entire Châteauneuf - du - Pape commune and four other communes (Bédarrides, Courthézon, Orange and Sorgues).

Alluvial terraces of red clay, sand and quartz.

Vinification:
Fermentation in cement vats for ten days, followed by maceration for eight to ten days to complete the extraction. After racking and pressing, malolactic fermentation takes place in vats. Ageing: 14 to 16 months in new barrels. Tasting notes:
Garnet red colour. The nose has clean, intense spicy aromas that develop and highlight a powerful material and fine, dense tannins on the palate. The broad and concentrated taste culminates in a liquorice finish.
