Red wine with a marked character. Ruby red in colour, with garnet hues depending on ageing.
Grapes: from our vineyards in the hills of Rua di Feletto.
Grape varieties: Cabernet 100%.
Harvest: by hand in boxes of 20 kg each.
Vinification: long maceration and aging in large barrels.
Aroma Vinous, intense, characteristic, pleasant. Taste dry, savoury, full-bodied, slightly herbaceous, with well-balanced tannins, harmonious.
Recommendation: Serve at a temperature of 16 - 18°C.
Pairings: Accompanies, red meat, grilled or spit-roasted, poultry, game birds or furry game. Also inviting with semi-aged cheeses.
Average data: Alcohol 12,5% vol.
