RAW MATERIAL: Apples (from mainly small trees). Clay soil, rich in nitrogen and potassium.
DISTILLATION: Before making the cider, the apples are blended and pressed, washed and treated to extract the pulp of the fruit on the one hand, and the must on the other,
which must macerate for at least 6 weeks before being bottled.
COLOUR: Bright amber
BOUQUET: Delicate aromas of apples
PAIRINGS: Perfect as a digestive but also ideal for long-drinks and in combination with apple desserts
TASTE: Particularly pronounced and refreshing fruit flavour
