The Marasca liqueur of 'La Dispensa di Amerigo' is made from marasca cherries picked exclusively in our valleys. The fruit of the morello cherry, together with sour cherries
and black cherries, is part of the group of sour cherries. The infusion in alcohol of both the pulp and the stone gives a delicate bitter almond aftertaste. The result is a typical
drink of our area, with tones that are anything but sour.

accompanied by 70% dark chocolate.
