YELLOW GIN

Yellow Gin captures all the 'Spirit of Lake Garda'. This modern, sparkling gin is distilled from a somewhat reduced herbal base compared to the original DolGin, which
creates space for concise, fresh flavours: This contemporary, young gin owes its citrus tones to the lemons of the Limonaia 'La Garbera', and another spicy nuance to the
cypress cones, which form a conclusive complement to the typical juniper flavour in this gin.

Raw material: blend of 15 herbs, plus cypress cones and lemons from Lake Garda.
Distilling method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Storage/ageing: -
Alcohol strength: 42 % VOL.
Volume: 0,5 l
Colour-Clarity: Colourless, clear
Nose: Definitely lemony with warm, Mediterranean tones
Palate and finish: Slight citrus note, but not dominating the distillate, unobtrusive spiciness and typical gin finish

Tip: Cool, modern gin, ideal base for classic gin and tonic or gin fizz. Summery, uncomplicated and fresh.
