use the heart of wheat and rye for distillation. The subsequent multiple activated carbon filtration gives it the perfect balance of purity and flavour. After being stored in
stainless steel barrels, the vodka is reduced to 40 % vol. with clear mountain spring water from the Gompm Alm.
