Liqueur made from eggs and Marsala, with a sweet, slightly vanilla flavour and a classic yellow colour.

natural extracts of vanilla pods.
Serving Suggestions: Serve Zabajone at the end of a meal to round it off with sweetness. In the winter months
warm it up in a bain-marie, while in the summer months serve it frozen. Also excellent on ice cream
ice cream or served in small cups with dry biscuits.
