Light, yellowish-golden honey, sometimes with a greenish tinge, smells sweetly and aromatically of lime blossoms, tastes sweetish and refreshing (like mint), is obtained
from the nectar of lime blossoms.
Lime blossom honey is made from the light-coloured blossoms of the majestic lime tree. It tastes sweetly minty and its floral scent clearly indicates the blossom. Our lime
blossom honey is delicious in tea (tip: lime blossom tea) and on bread.
The freshly harvested honey is liquid, but can crystallise over time. This process is completely natural and the crystallised honey can be liquefied again in a warm water bath
(up to 40° C).
Honey is not suitable for children or babies under 12 months.
