Linden honey 500g<br /><br />Light, yellowish-golden honey, sometimes with a greenish tinge, smells sweetly and aromatically of lime blossoms, tastes sweetish and refreshing (like mint), is obtained<br />from the nectar of lime blossoms.<br /><br />Lime blossom honey is made from the light-coloured blossoms of the majestic lime tree. It tastes sweetly minty and its floral scent clearly indicates the blossom. Our lime<br />blossom honey is delicious in tea (tip: lime blossom tea) and on bread.<br /><br />The freshly harvested honey is liquid, but can crystallise over time. This process is completely natural and the crystallised honey can be liquefied again in a warm water<br />bath (up to 40° C).<br /><br />Honey is not suitable for children or babies under 12 months.<br /><br />Country of origin: Italy<br />

Since 1985 it has represented our family's desire to produce a white wine with body,<br />complexity and longevity like the great red wines of our terroirs.<br />VINIFICATION AND AGING:<br />The Chardonnay is harvested in boxes, gently pressed and briefly decanted cold. It ferments and stays for 10 months on the lees in barriques made of only 1/3 new wood.<br />It then stays in the bottle.<br />NOTES:<br />Spicy, creamy, intense, persistent, ripe, still fresh, non-invasive wood. Long-lived. Produced in small quantities each year.<br />

This wine contradicts the classic idea of a South Tyrolean<br />Gewürztraminer, redefines boundaries and impressively shows what this great variety is capable of.<br />Mild temperatures in spring brought about an early start of vegetation. The summer months were decidedly sunny and dry. Cool nights ensured that the physiological<br />ripeness could nevertheless develop in a balanced way. Thanks to a cool September, the ripening process was delayed so that an excellent harvest with optimally ripened<br />grapes took place. I Frati<br />Lugana Doc<br /><br />The wine that has made the company's image known and continues to do so. It has a direct link with its variety, Turbiana, our indigenous vine. Conceived to be consumed<br />during the year, it expresses its best side many years after bottling. In its youth it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white<br />flowers and balsamic, hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve, expressing its mineral notes with greater determination. The wine acquires its own complexity<br />with hints of iodine, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth it is capable of enveloping the whole palate thanks to an important savoury essence accompanied by lively and<br />exuberant acidity. It is artisanal.<br />It is 100% Tuscan.<br /><br />Tirrena is a durum wheat semolina pasta. Semi-integral and not very refined, it is rich in fibre, polyphenols and vitamins. <br />GRAPPA LAGRINUM XO RISERVA IMPERIALE<br /><br />In 1379 the grape variety Lagrein was mentioned for the first time in a document as 'bonum Lagrinum'. It is one of the typical regional grape varieties of South Tyrol. The<br />multifaceted grappa produced from this grape variety is particularly well suited for refinement in wooden barrels.<br /><br />Renowned wineries from the Bolzano and Merano regions are the suppliers of the mash for this special distillate, which we carefully distilled in a small water bath alambic in<br />late autumn 2009. After harmonisation in stainless steel barrels, the grappa was filled into French oak barriques in autumn 2010. After 89 months of perfect storage in a<br />controlled atmosphere, the Grappa XO Riserva Imperiale has matured into a noble spirit of rare quality.<br /><br />Multi-layered, complex, with hints of dried fruit, vanilla, honey, excellent ballance and a remarkably delicate finish, this outstanding grappa presents itself like a concert for<br />the senses as a perfect pleasure for meditation.
