The grapes are distilled according to the 'Tosolini method' fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and scents that reveal a soft, balanced and extremely aromatic<br />brandy. Only the best Moscato grapes are selected by the Tosolini family exclusively in the production area of the Venezie. The intense rose aroma and the hint of acacia<br />honey result in a pleasant grape with a harmonious aftertaste.<br /><br />Variety: from fresh pomace from Muscat grapes<br />Alcohol content: 40% vol.<br />Artisanal distillation: in traditional steam boilers.<br />Maturation: 6 months in steel containers<br />Colour: crystal white<br />Body: intense<br />Sensory profile: intense aromas of roses and sweet hints of acacia honey; sweet and smooth taste with a pleasant and harmonious aftertaste. Soft and silky on the palate.<br />Serving suggestion: serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer period the best temperature is in the cellar at around 16/18°C.<br />

Most Barrique Cherry<br />Most, the grape brandy, was born in 1985 in the Tosolini distillery from the pressing of fine grapes still fresh from the harvest. The berries, with their fragrant and sugary pulp,<br />are transformed into must, distilled according to the 'Tosolini Method' with traditional Charante steam stills. The resulting distillate matures in small cherry wood barriques<br />for several months in the distillery's cellars under the control and seal of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. With its unmistakable inverted goblet bottle, this masterpiece<br />bears the signature of its creator, Bepi Tosolini, master distiller in Udine.<br /><br /><br />Variety: Cabernet Franc and Refosco grapes<br />Alcohol content: 40%.<br />Colour: straw yellow with orange reflections<br />Distillation: artisanal discontinuous with Charante steam stills<br />Sensory profile: elegant taste, with a strong aromatic imprint of undergrowth and an aftertaste of ripe fruit, plums, blackberries, blueberries and cherries in alcohol.<br />Enveloping and delicate on the palate and velvety on the finish.<br />Serving suggestion: Serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass.<br />

Today, when time is so short, people like to reach for ready-to-eat products, especially if their quality underpins<br />the decision they have made.<br /><br />We are probably the only manufacturers who produce completely without preservatives or colourings. We achieve the shelf life by sterilisation with pressure and counter-<br />pressure. We have been using this method of preservation since the beginning of the last century. Of course, this requires a rigorous quality of the raw material, i.e. the<br />venison, as well as the various other ingredients.<br /><br />Even the empty can is state of the art, such as the enamelled inner coating, the practical tear-off lid, etc.<br /><br />The target group of our consumers has expanded to include almost all age groups these days. Our cans are especially interesting for students, singles, seniors and also<br />housewives with family - according to the latest trend also for parties and celebrations. The product is very easy to handle and ready to serve after a short heating.<br /><br />Ingredients: Venison (farmed) 55 %, meat stock (water, beef, double concentrated tomato paste, roasted onion, potato starch, WHEAT FLOUR, soya and sunflower oil, salt,<br />spices, natural flavours). The Pinot Noir grape is a majesty among South Tyrol's red wine grapes. Its intense bouquet of red berries, violets and spices forms an elegant and sophisticated taste<br />profile. The unpressed grape peels of this noble variety sourced from South Tyrol's most renowned wine producers were gently distilled in small water bath alembics by our<br />master distiller in autumn 2012. In autumn 2013, the noble distillate was placed into small oak barrels for refinement in order to mature into an extraordinary XO grappa.<br />After more than 88 months of aging this grappa appears elegant, delicate and expressive with ripe notes of dried fruit, honey and spices.<br />PINOT L'OR DE NOIR XO is a special grappa to be enjoyed in small sips, combined with dark chocolate or as an accompaniment to a cigar.<br />Limited Edition.<br /><br />Aging: over 88 months in barrique<br />

BERNARDI bacon - the time to the maturity is esteemed to us<br /><br />Today as at that time we process after traditional production procedure nearly all parts of the pig, e.g., the leg, the square, the pork nape, the belly, the shoulder and the<br />cheek. In addition to this already very unusual assortment we still produce the traditional farm bacon which is produced without exception of local pigs. This is marked as<br />a rule with our fire sign belonging to company. Because of the different bandage fabric of the single meat parts we are able with the use of one single salt/herbs-mixture to<br />give this one own individual character and taste.<br /><br />The salt spice mixture protected since generations refined every now and then is one from herbs, berries, salt and other spices composite recipe which vouches for the<br />unique and distinctive taste of our products. Besides, we place great value of the fact that some berries not to ground, but traditionally are rammed to heat up the contained<br />essence oils on no case and to cause therefore restorative bitter substances.<br /><br />Our bacon becomes salted with 2.3% on 1 kg of meat. The brine time amounts four weeks and all bacon sides are restacked weekly, besides, must be always also<br />respected the temperature of the brine cell.<br /><br />The maturity of a good bacon determines the nature only. We create ideal, always constant conditions and give to every item of BERNARDI bacon the time which requires<br />for an optimum maturity.<br />
