The Pinot Noir grape is a majesty among South Tyrol's red wine grapes. Its intense bouquet of red berries, violets and spices forms an elegant and sophisticated taste<br />profile. The unpressed grape peels of this noble variety sourced from South Tyrol's most renowned wine producers were gently distilled in small water bath alembics by our<br />master distiller in autumn 2012. In autumn 2013, the noble distillate was placed into small oak barrels for refinement in order to mature into an extraordinary XO grappa.<br />After more than 88 months of aging this grappa appears elegant, delicate and expressive with ripe notes of dried fruit, honey and spices.<br />PINOT L'OR DE NOIR XO is a special grappa to be enjoyed in small sips, combined with dark chocolate or as an accompaniment to a cigar.<br />Limited Edition.<br /><br />Aging: over 88 months in barrique<br />

Linden honey 500g<br /><br />Light, yellowish-golden honey, sometimes with a greenish tinge, smells sweetly and aromatically of lime blossoms, tastes sweetish and refreshing (like mint), is obtained<br />from the nectar of lime blossoms.<br /><br />Lime blossom honey is made from the light-coloured blossoms of the majestic lime tree. It tastes sweetly minty and its floral scent clearly indicates the blossom. Our lime<br />blossom honey is delicious in tea (tip: lime blossom tea) and on bread.<br /><br />The freshly harvested honey is liquid, but can crystallise over time. This process is completely natural and the crystallised honey can be liquefied again in a warm water<br />bath (up to 40° C).<br /><br />Honey is not suitable for children or babies under 12 months.<br /><br />Country of origin: Italy<br />

BERNARDI bacon - the time to the maturity is esteemed to us<br /><br />Today as at that time we process after traditional production procedure nearly all parts of the pig, e.g., the leg, the square, the pork nape, the belly, the shoulder and the<br />cheek. In addition to this already very unusual assortment we still produce the traditional farm bacon which is produced without exception of local pigs. This is marked as<br />a rule with our fire sign belonging to company. Because of the different bandage fabric of the single meat parts we are able with the use of one single salt/herbs-mixture to<br />give this one own individual character and taste.<br /><br />The salt spice mixture protected since generations refined every now and then is one from herbs, berries, salt and other spices composite recipe which vouches for the<br />unique and distinctive taste of our products. Besides, we place great value of the fact that some berries not to ground, but traditionally are rammed to heat up the contained<br />essence oils on no case and to cause therefore restorative bitter substances.<br /><br />Our bacon becomes salted with 2.3% on 1 kg of meat. The brine time amounts four weeks and all bacon sides are restacked weekly, besides, must be always also<br />respected the temperature of the brine cell.<br /><br />The maturity of a good bacon determines the nature only. We create ideal, always constant conditions and give to every item of BERNARDI bacon the time which requires<br />for an optimum maturity.<br />
