<br /><br />Fruit preserve Lingonberry - Made from slightly acidic, tastefully intense wild lingonberries. The Lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis idaea) is a plant of the blueberry genus. Since<br />the lingonberry is insensitive to frost (tolerated down to -22 °C), it occurs worldwide in the northern hemisphere - from the northern temperate zone to the Arctic. The fruits,<br />which are rarely eaten raw because of their acidic taste, are extremely healthy. In addition to vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and beta-carotene (vitamin A) are also found, as<br />well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphate.
