This guarantees it superior nutritional qualities and<br />high digestibility. The tomato, variety big rio, is harvested by hand when naturally ripe.<br />The passata is a beautiful deep red colour in the bottle.<br />The product is pasteurised and has a shelf life of two years from production. Store away from light and heat sources.
