Alba fruit preserve Apricot...

Apricot fruit spread - Made from honey-sweet, delicious apricots. The apricot (Prunus armeniaca - also called apricot) - belongs to the subgenus Prunophora of the rose
family Prunus. The apricot originates from north-eastern China; the Romans brought it to Europe via Anatolia in about 70 BC. Apricots are mainly cultivated in Mediterranean
countries such as Italy and Spain. There are also more northerly growing areas, such as in the Vinschgau region of South Tyrol, from where we get our apricots. Apricots
have a special nutritional value. Vitis fruit preserve...

Fruit preserve Lingonberry - Made from slightly acidic, tastefully intense wild lingonberries. The Lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis idaea) is a plant of the blueberry genus. Since
the lingonberry is insensitive to frost (tolerated down to -22 °C), it occurs worldwide in the northern hemisphere - from the northern temperate zone to the Arctic. The fruits,
which are rarely eaten raw because of their acidic taste, are extremely healthy. In addition to vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and beta-carotene (vitamin A) are also found, as
well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphate. The lingonberry we use is wild harvesting and is particularly appreciated in the Alpine and
Scandinavian regions for its intense taste.

Ingredients - Lingonberries* (75%), sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from apple) - (*from wild harvesting)

Features: Vegan, Gluten-free
Content: 335 g
Category: Fruit preserve
Mood: Breakfast, Dessert
Variety: Lingonberry

Average nutritional values per 100g:
Energy: 600 kJ / 141 kcal
Fat: 0,4 g
thereof saturated fatty acids: < 0,1 g
Carbohydrates: 33 g
of which sugar: 32 g
Protein: 0,2 g
Salt: 0 g

Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator at 4 °C and enjoy within 2 weeks.
Best before: 24 months from date of production.

Average nutritional values per 100g:

Energy: 600 kJ / 141 kcal
Fat: 0,4 g
of which saturates: < 0,1 g
Carbohydrates: 33 g
of which sugar: 32 g
Protein: 0,2 g
Salt: 0 g

Store unopened in a cool and dry place.
After opening store in the refrigerator at 4 °C and enjoy within 2 weeks.
Preservability: 24 months from production.
