All five coffees are of the highest quality and processed using the complex washed method, which produces fine fruity notes reminiscent of tea during the<br />fermentation process. The blend of these coffees from five different countries is a harmonious combination. From Peru and Mexico comes the body, from Honduras and<br />Colombia the fine, pleasant spicy acidity and from Ethiopia the excellent fruity notes that linger long on the palate. The slightly darker roast gives the fruitiness a pleasant<br />taste without being too dominant.<br />
