Among the various<br />ingredients, the notes of gentian, gentian and aniseed stand out: it is precisely from the naturalness of its formulation that its unique and unmistakable character is born.<br />The still entirely traditional processing systems eschew modern schemes and keep the active and aromatic principles that characterise the product unaltered.<br /><br />TASTING: Amaro Ulrich can be served either neat or on the rocks and can be used in a variety of ways to prepare cocktails.<br /><br />PACKAGING: The bottles are packaged in elegant cardboard boxes.<br />

Grappa Stravecchia is emblematic of the culture, care and art of distilling. Obtained from the distillation in Bain-Marie in a discontinuous still of both red and white pomace. It<br />is matured in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia, each giving its own characteristics of perfume, aroma, colour and flavour. The ageing time follows the rhythms<br />of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.<br /><br />The perfume becomes intense, more ethereal and harmonious, the taste loses its initial sharpness and rounds off to give an elegant and silky mouthfeel. The colour reaches<br />a warm amber tone. The Master Distiller follows its maturation until it reaches the ideal blend and full harmony between wood and Grappa. It is obtained by maceration and distillation of 35 components<br />(aromatic herbs, woody essences and spices), some of which are aged for 4 years in barrels.<br /><br />Tasting: excellent as an after-dinner drink, it can be consumed neat or, alternatively, added to coffee or hot water. In the summer months it is ideal with seltzer and ice.<br />Perfect for creating cocktails such as the legendary Fernet and Cola.<br />
