Our insatiable desire to explore new lands takes us to new worlds, new cultures, new botanicals that, with great simplicity, we try to bring to life in a glass.<br />'Maybe we had, but we didn't know' said Giocondo. Intervallo combines gentian, galanga, wormwood, laurel, marjoram skilfully worked in single and separate infusions, with mint and sage worked in steam distillations.<br />I forgot, there are no citrus fruits. To close a bottle, one must know how to wait, very patiently, for the natural cycle of the botanicals. Intervallo is magic.
