It comes from the Nardini family's more than two centuries of experience in the art of distilling. This<br />reserve grappa is aged for at least 5 years in Slavonian oak barrels and is perfect paired with hard cheese matured for over 18 months or extra dark chocolate 75% cocoa.<br />Raw material:<br />Exclusively destemmed pomace from multigrape varieties.<br /><br />Production Process:<br />Blend of grappas produced with continuous/discontinuous plant and distillation columns.<br /><br />Appearance:<br />Light amber with brilliant hue.<br /><br />Aromatic profile:<br />Complex and enveloping profile, intense with hints of cocoa, vanilla and cherry.<br /><br />Taste:<br />Soft, delicate, harmonious with relevant persistence.<br /><br />Alcoholic strength:<br />42% vol.<br />
