Corrector of acidity: citric acid.<br />Does not contain gluten<br />Does not contain GMO<br />Product not subjected to ionising radiation<br />Some olives may contain the stone or part of it.<br />The olives are pitted and immersed in extra virgin olive oil. The olives are then pasteurised at 90°C for a time that varies according to the size.
