Nose: very soft and almost cakey, malt is accompanied by notes of cooked apple and peaches which confer an agreeable sense of « tarte tatin » .

Palate: just as soft as the nose. Never straying very far away from notes of apples and pears—something like a crumble—but equally salted butter caramel.
