The Foss Marai brand stands out for its quality: even if the Marai de marai isn’t labelled D.O.C. o I.G.T. , it’s main principle is: HIGH QUALITY. Marai de marai, is produced with the charmat method, it is characterized for the specific area that the grapes come from. which is the same as the Prosecco D.O.C. Marai de marai is obtained from a very particular grape selection after many years of research and experimentation in the viticultural field. This product presents itself to the public with a blend of autochthonous grapes of the Valdobbiadene – Conegliano area, such as: Bianchetta, Perera, Verdiso and Moscato. The first three were discovered thanks to the Foss Marai’s serious work, through research and selection gathering the various vines that are present in the territory and improving them with better characteristics both in production and quality).
The fourth variety, the Moscato was introduced to exalt the aromatic quality of the other three. Marai de marai, is therefore a light, fruity wine that maintained all the typical traits of the Prosecco. Foss Marai wanted to create with the Marai de marai an elegant and versatile wine.

The Foss Marai Roös has a rosée color reminding one of rose petals with ruby pomegranate reflections. its bouquet is lively and complex, full of berries with a predominance of blueberries and Cornelian cherries. In the mouth it is round and warm at first then it becomes fragrant and refreshing. It is fantastic as an appetizer alone, it is excellent with entrees, fish, and cheese, even the strongest ones.
