A great richness of aromas and structure, from ripe fruit to light, buttery and toasted, without penalizing the elegance and pleasantness. For this, we select the best lots of grapes, mainly Chardonnay, which rest for more than 42 months on yeasts. A splendid wine for the whole meal, to serve with fine fish, flavourful meat, roasts and aged cheeses.
