Golden in colour. An intense and concentrated aroma is released as soon as the wine is poured, reminiscent of exotic fruits such as mango, papaya with a hint of pineapple and lychee, all of which follows through on the palate. Rich and luscious, the concentration cut by vibrant acidity. The wine will develop further complexity after one or two years in bottle.
Roen is an excellent accompaniment to many desserts, dried fruits, various cheeses and foie gras. Or savor a glass on its own, as a wine of meditation to be enjoyed with good company.
Brilliant ruby colour. Quite pronounced, complex aroma with notes of rose petals and red berries. Gentle sweetness, full bodied, harmonious, well structured. Long, spicy aftertaste with some tannic impact that is underlined with the sweetness of the fruit.
The aroma of the Pasithea Oro brings to mind dried fruit such as apricot and quince, with a refreshing touch of citrus. It has a smooth taste, and is full-bodied, with definite residual sugar, and is excellent as a dessert wine.
