This Sauvignon blanc comes from an east-facing slope 500 m above sea level, and the soils - primarily loamy, chalky gravel with porphyry and granite - lend the wine its mineral character. Golden yellow with tinges of green, the wine has a fruity nose of ripe gooseberries, apples and peach. On the palate, it displays a juiciness balanced by a melting warmth, with a mineral and elegantly fruity finish.
