The Sauvignon is a very aromatic grape, cultivated in South Tyrol for the past 100 years. This wine prevails with its intensive, unmistak-able taste and its racy character. It is an excellent aperitif, also an ideal accompaniment for fish, seafood and spicy or rich appetizers.
A saturated bordeaux red, a delicate aroma of berries, chocolate and tabac. Elegant tannins underscore the wine’s complexity; a smooth finish with a touch of warmth accompanies its fiery finale.
We suggest you to taste it with very aged cheeses and chili-pepper flavored chocolate.
The different combination of soils, from clay to lime and gravel is what gives this wine its unique character.
