The Sauvignon is a very aromatic grape, cultivated in South Tyrol for the past 100 years. This wine prevails with its intensive, unmistakable taste and its racy character. It is an excellent aperitif, also an ideal accompaniment for fish, seafood and spicy or rich appetizers.

The different combination of soils, from clay to lime and gravel is what gives this wine its unique character. WINEMAKING The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes. Gentle whole cluster pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging on the lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks without malolatic fermentation.
A saturated bordeaux red, a delicate aroma of berries, chocolate and tabac. Elegant tannins underscore the wine’s complexity; a smooth finish with a touch of warmth accompanies its fiery finale.
We suggest you to taste it with very aged cheeses and chili-pepper flavored chocolate.
