Character: The Cabernet-Merlot originates from Arzenhof, hill between 300 and 400 meters above sea-level. Talus cone sloping to the southeast, with calcareous gravel, porphyry, and quartz sand (mineral components) and sufficient loam (body). Mediterranean microclimate. A saturated bordeaux red, a delicate aroma of berries, chocolate and tabac. Elegant tannins underscore the wine’s complexity; a smooth finish with a touch of warmth accompanies its fiery finale.

The Sauvignon is a very aromatic grape, cultivated in South Tyrol for the past 100 years. This wine prevails with its intensive, unmistak-able taste and its racy character. It is an excellent aperitif, also an ideal accompaniment for fish, seafood and spicy or rich appetizers.
