Character: The Cabernet-Merlot originates from Arzenhof, hill between 300 and 400 meters above sea-level. Talus cone sloping to the southeast, with calcareous gravel, porphyry, and quartz sand (mineral components) and sufficient loam (body). Mediterranean microclimate. A saturated bordeaux red, a delicate aroma of berries, chocolate and tabac. Elegant tannins underscore the wine’s complexity; a smooth finish with a touch of warmth accompanies its fiery finale.
Recommendation: This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, game and piquant cheeses.

The Sauvignon is a very aromatic grape, cultivated in South Tyrol for the past 100 years. This wine prevails with its intensive, unmistak-able taste and its racy character. It is an excellent aperitif, also an ideal accompaniment for fish, seafood and spicy or rich appetizers.
The different combination of soils, from clay to lime and gravel is what gives this wine its unique character. WINEMAKING The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes. Gentle whole cluster pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging on the lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks without malolatic fermentation.
