The pork stilt is pickled wet and is suited very well for stewing or roast – in smoked state to the cooking.
Best served are the stilts with roasted or boiled potatoes, with cooked sauerkraut and Kren. Wine recommendation: Selection 01 Bernardi – a Cuvee from Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot.
