A real exotic treat! Our almond tonka bean cream is a composition of almonds and the sweetish-floral aroma of the fruit of the tonka tree. The Aroma of the tonka bean recalls strong vanilla flavour, hence known also as “Mexican Vanilla”. In South America even today this bean is attributed magical and healing powers.
The Oberhöller Chocolate Manufactory, based in Sarntal/South Tyrol, produces one of the most distinguished almond tonka bean creams: the Dalia Gourmet, with a 67 % of almond content, lactose-free, no sugar or preservatives added. The almonds come from Italy and are roasted in-house. The almond tonka bean cream cream is sweetened with ZeroCal Stevia, a completely natural, sugar- and calorie-free sweetener.
Ingredients: 67 % of roasted almonds, sweeteners (erythritol, steviolglycosides), maize-germ oil, Tonka bean.
We DO NOT add colorants or preservatives. For this reason, our stewed fruit is distinguished by its fresh fruit flavour, reduced sugar content, and consequently low calorie count.
This cheese is delicate and mild. A cut cheese without spices with light hay aroma. With a middle storage duration he is to be enjoyed mainly in combination with sausage and Cuttings.
The rincalzo consists in adding to each cask a little quantity of simmered must, obtained from pressing Trebbiano grapes gathered at the time of the maximum rpiening. The must is boiled outside in the traditional copper containers.
The hazelnuts come from Piemonte and are roasted in-house. The chocolate cream is sweetened with ZeroCal Stevia, a completely natural, sugar- and calorie-free sweetener.
