Walnut Liqueur Nocino La Dispensa di Amerigo 50 cl.

A liqueur made by brewing unripe walnuts, the walnuts must be picked in the province of Modena only at the end of June, and following the recipe of Pellegrino Grappi, a 1700 Modenese Notary public, who was the first to draw-up the “rules” for brewing the walnuts. The liqueur is ready to be put on the shelves and sold after 3 years of aging.

Marasca Liqueur La Dispensa di Amerigo 50 cl.

The Marasca fruit, together the sour cherry and the sour black cherry, are all part of the sour cherry group. These cherries brewed in alcohol make a typical liqueur from our area, the result is quite the opposite to sour and in fact, there is no sourness in this liqueur. The Marasca fruit comes exclusively from our hills.

Bombardino Liqueur Manzardo 1 lt.

It is an egg liqueur refined with rum and created especially for being drunk in company after a day spent on the snow in the mountains or at home. Very easy to prepare. It has a charming flavour. Suggestions: "Bombardino": warm Bombardino up slightly and decorate it with whipped cream. "Calimero": slightly warm up an espresso mixed with bombardino and decorate it with whipped cream.

Fernet Liqueur La Dispensa di Amerigo 50 cl.
|
A bitter liqueur born in Milan between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, it was used as a tonic and digestive. The liqueur is made, in part, by brewing herbs in water and alcohol and then preparing decoctions of hot roots. No sugar is added and it is now one of the most well-know Italian liqueurs and is used as a digestive at the end of a meal.
