A delightful sauce from red figs to spice raw milk cheese and cream cheese, cheese or meat fondue and roasted or grilled meat. This sauce tastes purely of figs with a breath of the sharp mustard oil. After opening the sauce it should be consumed fast, because the mustard oil is very brief and loses his aroma with longer storage of the already once opened glass.
