Extra fine hazelnut cream with a strong but delicate taste, with a very high percentage of Piedmont hazelnuts (32%) and superior quality cocoa. Its name is a tribute to Giacometta, to sweet and sincere wife of Gianduja, "loving mother of Giandujotti chocolates".
