The shrub of the juniper berry gives an incomparable taste fully from nature and freshness to this cheese. This awarded cheese is one of the first big results of this cheese dairy. Available in loaves to D to 16 cm and a weight of 1.8 kg. Also in smaller pieces available. Storage of six weeks , to use within two months, at a temperature between 4-8 degrees °C.
Raw milk cheese with peperncino - Neuhaushof Ahornach, approx. 5 weeks matured, well spicy in the taste.
Melt one teaspoon in hot water and drink in small sips.
An exquisite thirst-quenching beverage can be obtained from concentrated fruit, diluted with water in a ratio of 1:7. For some years elderflower syrup, with the addition of sparkling wine, mineral water and fresh mint, has been the irreplaceable ingredient of the aperitif “Hugo”: a drink appreciated by a great many connoisseurs. The ladies in our team also like our syrups undiluted on vanilla ice cream - especially homemade.
Abbagnac Grappa is a marc brandy distilled from a mixture of selected grape skins from the Neustift monastery winery and matured for at least 6 months in oak casks. Cask ageing imparts a light tobacco colour to the brandy which is characterised by a fruity-complex bouquet and an especially multifaceted spectrum of flavours.
