Our goulash and our goulash soup were never as asked as today. Today where the time is calculated so scarcely, the people buy with pleasure instant products, above all if these underpin the made decision by its quality. We are probably the only manufacturer who completely produce without preservative or colorings. We reach the durability with sterilisation, with pressure and counterpressure. This kind of conserving was already applied in the beginning of the last century. This assumes of course a severe quality of the raw material, to speak of the beef, as well as the different other ingredients.
Already the empty tin corresponds to the last state of technology, for example the enamelled inside coating, amd so on. The target group of our consumers has expanded in the today's time on almost all age layers. Interesting our tins are senior citizens and also housewives with family – according to the newest trend also for parties and above all for students and singles. The product is very easy to handle and is ready on table after short warming up.

Abbagnac Grappa is a marc brandy distilled from a mixture of selected grape skins from the Neustift monastery winery and matured for at least 6 months in oak casks. Cask ageing imparts a light tobacco colour to the brandy which is characterised by a fruity-complex bouquet and an especially multifaceted spectrum of flavours.
Raw milk cheese with peperncino - Neuhaushof Ahornach, approx. 5 weeks matured, well spicy in the taste.
The almonds come from Italy and are roasted in-house. The almond tonka bean cream cream is sweetened with ZeroCal Stevia, a completely natural, sugar- and calorie-free sweetener.
